NEC is biased, but...

Vote buying (and selling) exists from top to bottom. NEC can see it if it wants to see. But everyone knows that NEC is not an independent entity. Voters are stuck with this biased organization.

However, all leaders of opposition parties must be clean and sincere. Otherwise, their members and supporters will copy their behaviors and activities. It's important for "all" opposition parties to be clean and their leaders must behave better than the ruling party's, unless it was (or they were) cloned by the CPP.

Yes, the NEC is biased and the CPP wants to "buy" votes, but the oppositions must not "sell" their soul. If they cannot control their members, then don't just blame the (vote) buyers.

Strong moral and strong infrastructures are the keys.
