It is now up to Premier Hun Sen and His Majesty King Sihamoni to help reconcile among all Khmer brothers.
On October 15 I wrote on this blog suggesting that a phone call should be made (by someone).... and all Khmers should use this sad occasion to reconcile. Now 3 days later, Sam Rainsy has made a move to reach out. Congratulations.

Sam Rainsy intention are intention are good, it put Hun Sen Government in a situation for the UN body (security council) to recognize if his government is on the path to human rights.
South Korea won this round, but this give hun Sen government credence for the next round.
Hun Sen being what it is he is,,,will Sam Rainsy under estimate hun sen?
